Precautions for using the 22 series square:

(1) The standard product has already sealed high-quality lubricants (lubricating oil or lithium soap based grease) into the slider before shipment. After installation and trial operation, before formal operation, please lubricate the slider again using the same lithium soap based lubricant. In situations where chips, coolant, corrosive solvents, water, etc. may enter the secondary interior, please add additional protection.

(2) The standard products with straight lines have been coated with anti rust oil around the surface of the guide rail before shipment; During installation, if there is any action to clean the guide rail, please apply a suitable layer of lubricating oil around the surface of the guide rail again (please use compatible lubricants) when the machine equipment is installed.

(3) Because the slider of the linear guide pair is composed of many plastic parts, please avoid contacting or soaking these parts with organic solvents during cleaning to avoid product damage.

(4) The entry of foreign objects into the slider is one of the causes of slider failure and damage, which should be noted and avoided. When there are foreign objects such as chips attached, please clean and re seal the lubricant.

(5) Disassembling the spare parts of the linear guide pair arbitrarily may cause foreign objects to enter the slider or reduce the accuracy of the linear guide pair. Please do not disassemble the linear guide pair arbitrarily. Any unauthorized adjustment of preloading action is strictly prohibited.
